The hotel offers a great location near Hastings Pier and seafront, though the noisy street outside can be disruptive at night. Rooms are comfortable despite being a bit warm; having 2 double beds seemed unnecessary. The service was friendly but somewhat overwhelmed at times. The dining was fantastic, especially with the resident's discount for a well-cooked breakfast. The hotel's facilities are enjoyable, including fresh sandwiches available.

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The room had a lovely sea view, although it was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the lift. The housekeepers were quite loud in the morning, which was a downside, but the location next to White Rock Theatre car park was convenient. The room size was slightly smaller than expected, but still adequate.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were facing the rear, which kept them cool and provided a good view on the third floor. The service was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, overlooking the pier and a short walk to Hastings old town. The dining experience was satisfying with good quality ingredients, and the facilities met my needs.
